Tags
Tags group related content across the site, independently of where pages sit in the tree. Applying a tag to a page adds the page to that tag's archive page, at /tags/ followed by the tag's slug, which lists every published page carrying the tag.
To tag a page:
- On the page's edit screen, expand Page settings.
- In Tags, choose existing tags. To create a new tag, type its name and confirm the new tag's name and slug in the window that opens.
- Save and publish the page.
Tags are also managed under Tags in the sidebar. Changing a tag's slug later breaks existing links to its archive, and no redirect is recorded.
Keep the set of tags small, and reuse an existing tag instead of creating a near-duplicate. Two tags with the same meaning divide their pages between two archives.
